Design for weight reduction

We use topology optimization tools to reduce the part weight without compromising the stability of the component. This helps to improve performance and reduce energy consumption.

Design for consolidation

We help consolidate multiple parts (in an assembly) into fewer parts. This results in savings on the part, assembly and reduction in inventory cost.

Reverse Engineering

Reverse engineering has become a viable method to create a 3D virtual model of an existing physical part and print it with same or enhanced features. The physical object can be measured using 3D scanning technologies like CMMs, laser scanners, structured light digitizers, or Industrial CT Scanning (computed tomography).
