DMLS

Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) is a Metal Additive Manufacturing technology where a thin layer of metal powder is spread over the build platform and a high-power laser scans the cross-section of the component, melting (or fusing) the metal particles together and creating the next layer. This layer-by-layer process is repeated hundreds or thousands of times until the entire part is manufactured.

Given the growing need for 3D Printing and the dearth of technological know-how in the industry, we at Innovae3D, offer complete 3D Printing solutions. We undertake 3D Printing projects from design, development and analysis to printing and post processing. Our team of experts and professionals are experienced in giving you the very best in minimum time duration with top-notch quality components.

Why to choose Innovae3D’s Metal 3D Printing?

  • Affordability: Since 3D printing only requires optimum material and needs no tooling, it is one of the most affordable manufacturing processes for prototyping parts or low volume productions.
  • Geometries: As the Technology builds parts layer by layer using a computer-controlled nozzle, Innovae3d’s Metal 3D printers are capable of printing highly complex shapes, including complex interior geometries.
  • Efficiency: Once a part has been designed using CAD software, it can be printed in a matter of hours, without a lengthy setup or procedure.
  • Adaptability: Because 3D printed parts require no tooling, there is less risk involved while building a part. If a fault is discovered post printing, it can be resolved digitally without the need to replace expensive tooling.
  • Environmental factors: Although 3D printers require power to operate, there is generally very less material wastage involved.
  • Support Design for Manufacturing: Our Metal 3D Printing services gives free hand to engineers to actualize their ideas to Market in a faster way.
